Feel like supporting the world’s biggest sport brand and work your magic in the data field? We got the right position for you, as a Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, for 7 months initally. What does the role involve? As a Business Analyst you enable and inspire the EMEA Operations teams to make data-driven decisions. With your technical expertise in analytical tools and programming languages, you support the creation of impactful insights, and increase analytical maturity through coaching and knowledge sharing. What will you be doing? - Pull and report data from numerous databases (using SQL, Excel, Visualizations tools like Tableau/PowerBI and/or other data management systems) and proven capability to dive deep and utilize known research and problem-solving techniques. - Design, develop, and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance. - Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and benchmark pertaining to short- and long-term product related planning and forecasting. - Systematically identify data source / forecasting error and follow through on resolutions - Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. This is why the role is a great match for me - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM related field - Minimum of two years’ experience as an analyst. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable business insights - Advanced knowledge in writing SQL queries - Advanced Excel Skills are required. - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in writing SQL queries and manipulating data for analysis - Experience in building visualizations and dashboards (Experience with Tableau is preferred) - Experience in Digital and/or Supply Chain are a plus. - Experience using data analysis-oriented programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
