The assistent project manager / support associate is an essential part of our Project team, delivering vital support that ensures exceptional service to our clients. This role collaborates closely with both internal and external stakeholders to oversee the daily progress of client projects, taking a lead in documentation, budget management, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with clients and the internal project management team to ensure the success of studies, which may involve meetings at Thermo Fisher Scientific locations or client premises; - Setting up and managing study filing systems, maintaining accurate records, and working within the appropriate quality management systems; - Working alongside the Project Manager to coordinate Fisher Clinical activities to meet customer and study requirements promptly; - Coordinating and communicating all relevant activities, both internally and externally, to ensure services and products are prepared for the study start or as per customer needs; - Achieving results using suitable project planning tools to report on progress, critical path activities, and responsibilities; - Developing or assisting in the creation of operational documentation using internal systems, including GMP operational documentation, building bills of materials, and coordinating the creation and review of billing packages; - Providing backup support to the Project Team; - Gathering all study design information, including accurate label texts, coordinating primary and secondary packaging materials and tools, managing label translation, producing batch documentation for operations, verifying documentation, coordinating shipments through the logistics department, and drafting Distribution orders and GMP instructions; - Ensuring compliance with GXP standards across all areas of responsibility.
