Job Description: - Financial planning, managing cash flow, and preparing financial reports. - Overseeing daily operational activities related to shop management. - Organizing purchases, including supplier communication and negotiation. - Managing warehouse operations and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and efficient management. - Handling human resources tasks such as employee scheduling and planning. - Actively fostering a safe and supportive work environment for the team. - Proactively scouting strategic locations for potential business expansion in line with the company's strategy and vision. What We're Looking For: - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Experience in the retail industry, preferably in small shops. - Experience with warehouse management organization. - Knowledge of the Czech language is a significant advantage. - Familiarity with ODOO ERP is a plus. - Flexibility in scheduling, as working hours may vary due to the nature of the work.
