• Lead a high‑performing team and work across product, design, and marketing to deliver real growth.

• You know how to build SEO strategies that drive meaningful traffic across markets, languages, and user segments.
• You’ve run large‑scale websites and know how to make them fast, intuitive, mobile‑friendly, and accessible, ideally with hands‑on experience in Framer.
• You turn data into action, using analytics tools to optimize performance and conversion at every step.
• You lead with clarity, give great feedback, and align teams across product, design, and marketing.
• You’re fluent in English and can communicate complex ideas effectively across global teams.
