Position: Head of Sales - UK & Benelux

Responsibilities

  • Be an independent contributor supporting future team management.
  • Hunt, prospect and grow large accounts to provide annuity‑based engineering services.
  • Engage customers in Embedded, Software and Digital services.
  • Drive revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
  • Run the complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Meet prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal pipeline.
  • Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

Qualifications

  • 5‑15 years experience in Digital and Embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering.
  • MBA (desirable).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas of 5‑10M+ and large account management.
  • Willingness to develop a client base via aggressive prospecting.
  • Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships with director and VP engineering management on the client side.
  • Experience in an offshore services company in Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial or Mobility domains with cultural adaptability.
  • Technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and consultative selling.
  • Experience managing a sales team (inside sales preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Business travel availability – 30% in the UK and Benelux regions.
