As a CNC Lathe Operator, you’ll work within a small, dedicated production team that manufactures unique, high-precision machine components. Using your CNC turning expertise, you deliver top-quality parts — from single pieces to small series — and ensure every product meets strict quality standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue developing yourself, for example by mastering Siemens CNC controls or expanding your machining techniques.
Programming: independently creating or adjusting CNC programs within the control system.
Inspecting: performing precise interim and final measurements to guarantee top quality.
Problem-solving: identifying deviations and taking immediate corrective action.
Learning & Developing: continuously improving your technical skills and contributing to team development.
Long-term stability with the prospect of a permanent contract
~ Full-time role (32 hours also possible)
~Opportunities to learn Siemens CNC control and milling techniques
You take pride in your craft, value precision, and want to keep developing your technical expertise.
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
Familiar with CNC programming and motivated to master Siemens controls
Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking skills.
You have your own accommodation and transport
