The team you’ll be working in is the processing department of Operations. Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business and the team knows & understands the entire transaction flow. Processing monitors this flow, solves errors and exceptions (whenever necessary), and maintains a robust & predictable process, to improve client service. The team is responsible for the settlements and corporate actions. The team focus is on automation, digitization and process optimization, in a dynamic business environment. Within the team new activities will be welcomed from our current vendor in India.

Your job

As a Process Officer it is your job to deliver different products timely, correct and adequate to our clients. You will mainly have an internal focus and are responsible to run and improve the day to day business and its processes. You will learn all about the end-to-end flows in Clearing and get deep knowledge on the activities within Operations. We are looking for a variety of employees. Therefore, there is a great diversity among our employees in terms of education, nationality and background. Because we work in an international environment and have many international colleagues, the official language is English. However, the most important thing is that you have a passion for your work and would like to learn and grow within our organisation every day.
Your day-to-day coverage will include;
-    Running the day-to-day business and initiate improvements for these processes
-    Monitor, investigate and correct transactions to guide them to our clients
-    Cooperate in projects
-    Diving in-to the world of Clearing
 

Your profile

•    Our ideal candidate is good at independent running the day-to-day activities. She or he is energized by determining, initiating and realizing improvements in order to deliver an improved service for our clients. Knowledge in the areas of; securities clearing, corporate actions 
•    Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
•    Minimum of - year work experience or internships in the financial industry
•    Of course it is very useful if you understand the Clearing Industry, financial products and our global client base. Or if you have experience in data analytics projects, programming or other automation skills. However, if you are highly motivated and commitment to improvement, we ensure that we have development programs in place and we will help you grow in this role.
