We are seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, structure, and optimisation of our marketing operations function across Europe — enabling scalable, efficient, and data-driven marketing that powers the growth of multiple brands.

The Role

Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will oversee a talented operations team and a modern martech ecosystem, spanning automation, tracking, CRM, customer communications, storefront infrastructure, and reporting. You will ensure that systems, workflows, and data are seamlessly integrated, enabling brand and performance marketing teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the marketing operations strategy for multiple brands across Europe
  • Lead a high-performing team covering automation, analytics, CRM, and storefront operations
  • Own and optimise the martech stack, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships for marketing platforms and technologies, driving efficiency and ROI
  • Champion best practices in campaign execution, lead management, customer communications, and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, product, and data teams to ensure unified operations and consistent data flow
  • Provide performance visibility across all media channels and customer lifecycle stages
  • Drive continuous improvement of workflows and systems, reducing complexity and manual work

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in international marketing operations, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, data integration, and customer journey orchestration
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Proven ability to lead operational teams across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Experience managing martech budgets and assessing ROI across platforms and vendors
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with IT, product, and finance
  • Data-first mindset, with strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
