Senior Project Manager

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager with a technical background to manage large-scale, multidisciplinary projects in data center sector.

Based in the Haarlem region , you’ll be part of a 15-person project management team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

They design and deliver high-performance installations tailored to client needs, with projects spanning multiple countries. Their teams combine engineering depth with practical execution. You’ll get the chance to stay closely involved in the technical side of project delivery, perfect for PMs who don’t want to lose touch with the tech.

What Will You Do?

• Oversee full project lifecycle, from scope definition to delivery
• Serve as the key contact for clients and align project goals with expectations
• Translate technical requirements into work packages for engineering, procurement, and installation teams
• Monitor planning, resources, and project milestones
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international clients
• Travel to project sites across Europe as needed

What Do You Bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering)
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, especially in data center sector
• Knowledge of diesel generators is a must!
• Past experience in product/solution provider company is highly valuable
• Technically sharp and solution-oriented
• Organized, structured, and communicative
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Valid B driving license
