Project overview:

• Production Site in Eindhoven is introducing 5S standard form the lean methodology in Eindhoven

Objectives & expected outcomes:

• Support the different teams is creating a 5S standard within the different areas
• Set up a 5s dashboard and evaluation team
• Create a red tag area
• Maturity chart to evaluate progress
• Organize, prepare and manage cleaning events
• Support the teams with practical hands-on solutions

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Set up a project charter with a clear scoping
• Manage the process in support of the production manager
• Support the teams with practical help
• Identify improvements with the team
• Create and update dashboards for reporting

Required skills and/or qualifications:

• Technical Skills: project skills, lean methodology, process mapping
• Soft Skills (teamwork, communication, problem-solving, change management)
