At Dopper, we have one simple but bold mission: to end packaged water . Yep, you read that right. We believe in a world where people drink tap water instead of buying single-use plastic bottles. To make this happen, we need to scale up and spread our impact across Europe. That’s where you come in!

About the role

Our strategic markets are NL, BE and DE. Next to that we are also active, with partners, in ES and FR. We want to increase our impact in our emerging markets and that’s why we need you. As our Export Manager , you’ll be the glue between Dopper HQ and our international partners. Your job? Making sure every partner truly embodies the Dopper mission and has everything they need to succeed. You support them with achieving their forecast, making sure that they have all the tools needed to make impact and that they work according to our selective distribution strategy, all while keeping a close eye on performance and growth. You are contributing to increase our pool in Europe. The ambition is to build a brand (instead of moving boxes) and make impact by inspiring people and companies to end packaged water. 

What will you be doing?

  • Finding and onboarding the best agents and distributors.
  • Supporting partners in achieving their sales targets and making an impact.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing partners across Europe and beyond.
  • Ensuring a seamless customer journey in B2B, resell and e-commerce.
  • Successfully launching Dopper innovations in international markets.
  • Sharing market insights and data with the team for future strategy.
  • Building and maintaining a network of local resellers to drive promotional gifting sales.
  • Contribute to expand into new markets like the UK, Scandinavia, and Italy.
  • In short: You’re a commercial powerhouse who knows how to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive impact!

About You

  • 3-5 years experience in international sales/export.
  • Loves networking and can build strong partnerships.
  • Is strategic—you don’t just sell, you build brands.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.
  • Speaks fluent English (bonus points for French, Spanish or Italian).
  • Traveling for work? No problem – you’re ready to hit the road when needed.
  • You're available for 32 hours a week.
  • You love to be on the go, traveling through Europe.
  • You're based in the Netherlands.
