Technical QAQC Inspector E&I

The QA/QC E&I Inspector is responsible for ensuring all Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) construction, installation, and commissioning activities for the Offshore Substation (OSS) meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Based primarily in the fabrication yard, the role involves conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, overseeing testing, and verifying compliance throughout the build.

Duties include monitoring cable installation, terminations, tray routing, equipment installation, grounding, and instrumentation works.

The inspector will also witness FAT/SAT, verify punch list items, and ensure quality records are accurately maintained.

Periodic offshore visits may be required to support integration, pre-commissioning checks, and final inspections.

Strong knowledge of E&I codes/standards, attention to detail, and the ability to interface with contractors and project teams are essential.
