As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Insurance to lead strategic transformation projects and help our clients stay ahead in an evolving regulatory and technological landscape .

• Your mission

As a Senior Consultant – Insurance , you’ll help insurers navigate complexity, rethink how they work and build for the future.

You will:

• Lead strategic and transformation projects in Insurance.
• Work closely with decision-makers,
• Translate regulatory and business challenges into practical solutions.
• Support commercial activities and help grow the Insurance portfolio.
• Collaborate with technology partners to drive digital transformation.
• Coach consultants and shape ways of working within the team.
• Actively contribute to FiSer’s positioning and growth in Insurance.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, pensions or financial services , ideally within a consulting firm, insurance company, or bank .
• A strong network within the insurance industry , with experience engaging key decision-makers.
• Proven experience in leading transformation projects from initiation to implementation, managing risks and resolving conflicts.
• A deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks in the insurance sector.
• Project and change management expertise in Agile environments.
• A passion for digital transformation , staying up to date with emerging technologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• The legal right to work in the Netherlands .
