For we are now exclusively hiring for the role of Manager Full-time hours function Location home-based position (scope ) Description As a Manager your main goal will be to build and grow the business of the company further in the assigned territory and increase revenue. You will be in the lead of developing annual business plan and budget in conjunction with the Managing Director. Using your initiative and industry knowledge, you will pro-actively approach and engage decision makers within all relevant sectors. You will be maintaining and developing profitable relationships with existing and new clients in region. Next to that your responsibilities further include Business development - prospecting, cold calling, presenting the company and introduce products, visiting expo's and conventions relating to the modular hire division and networking; follow through with a Sales Plan identifying in the early stages potential clients, sectors, offerings. management and understanding of financial requirements; forecasting sales targets and providing monthly reports to the Managing Director Respond proactively to customer complaints and seek swift resolution Understanding the market in the region in terms of pricing, competitor activity, market size and opportunity Ensure products are prepared for hire in line with company standards and requirements Manage the delivery and collection process Offer technical advice when requested with regard to equipment requirements Ensure accurate processing of orders, on-hires, off-hires and enquiries in accordance with company systems and procedures effectively with all areas of the business in the to ensure is adequa and effectively supported by the group including accounting, credit control, purchasing, technical ( and ), marketing and sales Understand and follow company safety, health and environmental policies and procedures Profile To be successful in this role you are a true self-starter, capable to work independently, taking ownership and able to prioritise effectively under pressure. As an experienced commercial professional, you understand of all phases of sales development including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closing deals, and account management. You demonstrate capacity to identify what needs to be done to achieve objectives, prioritise key issues and plans ahead to ensure desired outcomes Next to that you are / you have /Bachelor- level degree or working and thinking level, in combination with a significant demonstrable industry experience Minimum of years of similar experience and track record in selling products/services in a technical environment in combination with operations management and understanding of the modular building rental/hire sector essential Fluency in English (spoken and written) - Dutch / French / German are of an advantage Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills, combined with ability to negotiate and effectively convince others Working in an organized manner, able to prioritize and manage your time IT literate with good knowledge of application Able and willing to travel within Europe as and when required - full clean driving licence, category B is a must of the modular building rental/Hire sector essential Job Offer A challenging and dynamic position with the room to build and make this position yours - future growth opportunities will be present.
