Are you passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in inventory management? At Boston Scientific, we are looking for a talented Field Inventory Analyst/Inventory Specialist to optimize inventory processes and support strategic decision-making across the EMEA region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure inventory data accuracy, implement innovative solutions, and help shape the future of our supply chain operations. This is a temporary assignment for a duration of 6 months to cover for an employee on sick leave. 1. Inventory Management & Optimization Monitor and analyze field inventory to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions for optimal utilization. Track key inventory metrics, maintain detailed reports, and propose data-driven adjustments to meet business objectives. 2. Product Launch Support & Strategy Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Marketing to implement consignment strategies for new product launches. Assess the impact of new launches on field inventory and make strategic recommendations. 3. Reporting & Analytics Update, maintain, and analyze inventory data using tools like SAP, Excel, and Tableau (FIRA). Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed reporting. 4. Continuous Improvement & Training Identify opportunities to improve working capital, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Provide training and guidance to sales and customer service teams on inventory policies and systems. Support the rollout and adoption of field inventory management tools. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with divisional teams, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders to align inventory goals with regional and business objectives.
