We are looking for External Instructors for KLM Cityhopper (KLC). The position is available for candidates who have been instructors at KLM Cityhopper on the Embraer in the past. We are looking for several new instructors. You will work at the KLM Flight Academy (KLMFA) and are versatile for instructional work within KLMFA and KLC. Your position is aimed at helping colleagues in their development with your knowledge and experience and contributing to the standardization of the KLM Cityhopper pilot corps. You adopt a facilitating attitude and train at competency level. As an instructor you provide type rating conversion training (the type training). You ensure that the pilots you train reach the desired level and report on this. You provide input and suggestions to your Training Manager if students need extra attention. The guiding principle here is that the pilots always reach a level where they can contribute to a safe flying operation with knowledge, skills and self-confidence.
