We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the warehouse to contribute to our operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our customers. What will you do? • Unload and load carrier trucks with precision, ensuring each box is packed and repackaged to meet ESD standards. • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments by adhering to detailed Work Instructions and Work Processes. • Master basic MS Office and AS400 software functions to streamline operations. • Conduct thorough cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. • Fulfill outbound orders with meticulous attention, following all customer-specific instructions to the letter. • Securely stack pallets to ensure safe and efficient shipment transport. • Take on additional tasks assigned by your Supervisor with enthusiasm and dedication. • Monitor and report daily pending orders and outside service work orders to keep operations running smoothly. • Assist the manager with communication strategies and provide crucial support to the Operations and Logistics team as needed. • Track and troubleshoot inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring issues are swiftly addressed and directed to the right team members. WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE • Adapt to fluctuating workloads, seamlessly multitask, and thrive under tight deadlines. • Assist in RTV and RMA transactions, diligently tracking, monitoring, and resolving them with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 2-3 years of Warehouse and Operations experience, especially if you've thrived in an international setting. • Hold a forklift driving certificate? Fantastic! If not, don't worry—training will be provided. • Have dangerous goods knowledge? Great! If not, we've got you covered with training.
