Be part of the team that handles the packaging process of freshly baked cookies. From operating conveyor belts to precise and fast-paced picking and packing, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various packing lines, each with its own unique techniques. Your role will also involve preparing products for shipment and standing for extended periods. Your role includes: Rotating between various packing lines and mastering different packaging techniques. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail during the packaging process. Please note that a valid European Passport, ID card, or a stay and work permit in the Netherlands is required for this position. What skills do you have? Previous packing or production experience (preferred but not required). Availability to work rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00. Fluency in Dutch or English. Commitment to strict hygiene rules: No nail polish, artificial nails, perfumes, jewelry, or piercings. False eyelashes are not permitted, and hairnets must be worn. Transportation via car or bike. Willingness to complete a trial day to showcase your skills. What do you get in return? Attractive Pay: Start at €15.50/hour, with opportunities to earn more. Night Shift Premiums: 138% pay from 18:00-03:00. 139% pay from 03:00-06:30. Room for Growth: Wage increases to €16.66/hour after 26 weeks, plus annual reviews.
