For the European Medicines Agency we are looking for a HR Officer in Strategic Planning & Governance Department! What are you going to do? Role summary: - The Strategic Planning and Governance Department is looking for an HR (Business Partner) Officer. The HRBP Officer plays a crucial role in supporting HR Business Partners by providing administrative assistance, maintaining HR data, and facilitating key HR activities to ensure alignment with the Agency's strategic workforce planning, talent management, and overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing HR data, generating HR reports, and contributing to various HR projects. The role also involves liaising with other HR services to address daily queries, supporting workforce planning activities, and contributing to the automation of HR data analysis processes. Standard role duties & responsibilities: - Responsible for the management and delivery of programmes, projects, initiatives, strategies, risk assessment, tools and opinions, in a result orientated and compliant way and within the parameters of the legal framework; - Oversee the update and maintenance of the relevant tools, databases and records according to and in line with the relevant standards; - Ensure that ad hoc requests, such as creation of workflows, analysis, reporting and the associated communication activities are in place and well managed; - Implement customer satisfaction initiatives by highlighting, mitigating and communicating risks; - Responsible for the delivery of HR strategies, related projects and initiatives and the development of the HR operational programme within the areas of expertise; - Responsible for the identification of new HR initiatives, trends and innovations; - Manage the development and implementation of IT tools relevant to the service with the focus on providing added value and efficiencies; - Manage the revision of HR policies, including coordination within the Service and w
