We ship all over the world.As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting logistics processes within the company. You will help coordinate transportation, manage inventory and optimize the flow of goods. You will work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate transportation: Arrange inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international.- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventories, ensuring optimal inventory levels.- Order processing: Processing incoming and outgoing orders and entering them accurately into the system.- Contacts with carriers: Maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.- Planning and organization: Assist in planning shipments and preparing delivery schedules.- Shipping and documentation: Prepare shipping documents (such as bills of lading, customs forms) and ensure proper shipping.- Problem solving: Resolve logistics problems such as delayed deliveries, inventory shortages and transportation problems.- Quality control: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements within the logistics chain.- Cost control: Assist in controlling transportation costs and finding cost-effective solutions.- Support reporting: Provide daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports f
