What you’ll do
You will join a newly forming team of Customer Success Tech. As a Hands-on Manager and Leader of this team, you will, together with your colleagues:
Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human Agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling
Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating the handling of incoming questions via app/web/call/mail
Create a more intelligent central routing solution to route customers to the best possible channel and or agent based on customer variables, actualities and other indicators.
Create the best possible voicebot linked to Co Pilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing
Besides these, you will be actively involved in creating a better, more efficient and mostly automated Customer Service
The team will be utilizing latest gen AI and other solutions from Microsoft and other partners to realise the dream of agentic customer service.
Our platforms are meticulously constructed using. NET Core and Azure Dev Ops, offering you the freedom to leverage a range of tools that best suit the task at hand – think Kubernetes, Kafka, and more. By immersing yourself in this diverse and forward-looking environment, you'll actively shape the technological landscape that drives Eneco's mission to create a greener world.

Is this about you?
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both. NET and Azure tooling are a must.
Big bonus if you have experience with Microsoft Gen AI tooling, such as AI Foundry
Desired experience: CRM, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform
Proven experience leading and coaching engineering teams or individuals.
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English.

You’ll be responsible for
Remain hands-on with backend engineering, integration, and Dev Ops tasks.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams to architect and deliver exceptional backend solutions using. NET Core and Azure Dev Ops.
Lead and coach a team of backend engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
Ensure best practices in software engineering, Dev Ops, and integration are followed
Oversee delivery and release management, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap.

As you come aboard, you'll seamlessly integrate into our backend team and join the platform or one of the product teams. While building solutions for your team you will always keep in mind the quality and performance of backend applications across Eneco's digital platforms. This involvement not only reinforces your role within the product team but also extends your influence to enhance the broader backend standards across all digital realms, fueling our ongoing technological progress.
What we have to offer
Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €140.000
Including Flex Budget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.
