Wipro Consulting is a global digital‑transformation partner. The Medical Devices Consulting Leader will drive profitable growth of the consulting business across Western Europe by delivering industry‑focused solutions and building deep relationships with key accounts.

Overview & Responsibilities

The role will:

• Lead the growth agenda and execute a targeted sales strategy across Benelux, Nordics, France, Spain, Portugal & Italy.
• Provide thought leadership and trusted advisory across areas such as Homecare, Remote Patient Monitoring, Field Service Transformation, Technology Landscaping, Product Complaints Management, Emerging Markets and Wipro’s iX Solutions for Medical Devices Field Services.
• Drive pull‑through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Technology Strategy, People & Change, Sustainability).
• Build and manage an on‑site consulting presence in the region, leveraging both on‑shore and offshore capabilities.

Areas of Focus

• Growth: Collaborate with consulting leadership and sales teams to increase revenue in the focused territories.
• Relationships: Leverage a robust external network and forge constructive internal relationships across multiple Wipro practices.
• Solutions: Shape the best of Wipro’s portfolio to deliver innovative solutions to client problems.
• Team Building: Build and nurture an on‑site team of Medical Devices and Healthcare consultants.
