What is expected of you:

• Develop and execute a global maintenance strategy
• Monitor and define KPI's
• Guide a global team within maintenance (5-10FTE)
• Develop business cases for improvements and ensure execution over discussed period
• Travel to sites (~25%) and provide coaching/support to influence without direct authority.
• Align maintenance best practices
• Drive several programs
• Coordinate projects regarding investments and improvements
• Engage with stakeholders across 5 global regions (engineering, manufacturing).

Requirements:

• Preferably a Master's Degree
• Knowledge and expertise in the process industry
• Preferably experience in executing a global maintenance role
• Familiarity with best practices and their implementation (tools and methodologies)
