They design smart, data-driven tools that help businesses store energy, manage loads , and save (or even earn ) money—all while keeping the grid greener and more efficient.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Design, build & review clean, scalable backend services (Python or Go)
• Help shape the tech roadmap and contribute to long-term vision
• Collaborate with commercial teams to turn business needs into code
• Maintain and enhance the platform connecting smart energy assets
• Optimize algorithms for real-time, value-adding energy decisions
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, learning culture

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Python or Go preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD , Docker, pipelines, and monitoring tools (Prometheus + Grafana)
• Excellent communication—you can explain tech to non-tech folks
• Startup/scale-up spirit : proactive, independent, and team-first
• A passion for clean tech, sustainable systems , and making a difference

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in the renewable energy or IoT sector
• Familiarity with real-time systems or protocols like Modbus and MQTT
• Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Pulumi)
