Overview
As part of our growing Life Sciences Strategy & Consulting Practice, we are looking for a Senior Manager for Life Sciences / MedTech. You will help build high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed, working directly with clients to understand challenges, analyze solutions, and present recommendations that contribute to client success and Accenture’s value creation.
The work
In this role you will help clients transform to stay ahead as information-driven, digital organizations, for example by enabling cloud health, agility and data-driven capabilities. You will:
- Bring your knowledge of the Life Sciences / MedTech industry to tell compelling stories to the C-suite on transformative solutions
- Analyze current issues and build a fact-based approach to develop and implement client visions, road maps and governance
- Describe, co-create and implement a client’s transformation journey (e.g., to Cloud Health, becoming more agile or more data-driven)
- Develop a deep understanding of emerging technologies to feed value creation opportunities
- Contribute to our thought leadership at the intersection of business and technology
- Communicate complex industry trends and concepts clearly to clients and build lasting trusted relationships
- Leverage One Accenture by coordinating with teams from other disciplines such as Security, Technology, Operations, etc.
- Support practice growth by participating in events, creating points-of-view, and sharing knowledge
What You’ll Need
- Academic degree
- 10+ years’ experience within the MedTech or Life Sciences industry in a (strategy) consulting role
- Extra-curricular activities (e.g., board and/or international experience)
- Strong personality, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English – spoken and written
- Proven affinity with Digital/IT and Technology within the Life Sciences / MedTech industry
