Head of Sales (Data Centre Infrastructure)

Rise Technical is offering a competitive salary range of €120,000 – €160,000 (inclusive of 8.33% holiday allowance) plus bonus, holiday, pension and a full benefits package.

We are a global market leader in green technology, providing green energy solutions across industries. Our Data Centre Technology division is expanding and we are looking for a commercial leader with a background in data centre infrastructure to shape the commercial strategy for the EMEA region.

The Role

• Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals across EMEA.
• Drive sales and business development strategy for data centre infrastructure products (UPS, power distribution, cooling systems, etc.).
• Oversee the sales function of the division, including cost management and account management.
• Act as a commercial and technical expert, negotiating complex deals and representing the company in key client interactions.
• Travel extensively, while remaining based at the company head office near Amsterdam.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales & Business Development.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure technology – UPS, power distribution, cooling, etc.
• Fluent English and a valid driving licence.
• Previous experience in the EMEA market is desirable.
