Sales Director

Overview

Are you a Sales Director with solid hospitality experience who can build successful sales teams and create robust sales strategies? The Engage Partnership, Rotterdam-based, is in a rapid growth phase and seeks a hands-on Sales Director to lead sales in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive exponential growth by building a high-performing sales team


• Provide hands-on leadership, coach others, optimising sales operations


• Develop and execute robust sales strategies to hit ambitious revenue targets


• Work on-site in Rotterdam at least 2-3 days per week

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Director or equivalent with hospitality experience


• Hands-on leadership with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams


• Ability to optimise sales operations and deliver revenue targets


• Willing to be on-site in Rotterdam 2-3 days per week
