A pioneering climate tech start‑up is seeking a Sales Director, Europe to lead commercial expansion and leadership across the continent.

The business is a fast‑growing, forward‑thinking climate tech start‑up, on a mission to electrify industry —replacing fossil‑fuelled heat in manufacturing/industrial processes with clean, sustainable renewable energy.

Their proprietary technology enables industrial customers to decarbonise high‑temperature processes without sacrificing reliability or cost‑effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, own and execute the European sales strategy to drive market penetration.
• Lead and grow a high‑performing sales team from the ground up.
• Drive customer acquisition and manage key industrial partnerships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align product and market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and negotiate complex deals.
• Negotiate and close multi‑million dollar contracts and financing partnerships.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in industrial B2B sales, 5+ in leadership.
• Experience building and leading sales teams.
• Proven success in complex, multi‑million dollar sales environments.
• Experience in Energy Storage, industrial heating, energy systems, or project development.
• Strategic mindset, CRM fluency, and strong interpersonal skills.
