Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development located in Amsterdam. The Director will oversee day‑to‑day sales and adoperations, and team tasks, and spearhead business development initiatives. This role involves building realtionships with media agencies, tech leaders, and website owners, collaborating with analysts and product to drive growth and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Speak Dutch and lives in or very near to Amsterdam
  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Experience in Customer Service and Team Management
  • Proficiency in Business Development strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyze the market and organise team initiatives
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the advertising technology or digital marketing industry is a plus
