About this Position
Lead one of the global COE domains. With the Quality leadership team, define the change agenda and drive strategic initiatives, delivering concrete value to the regions. Provide governance, redesign the work, enable people, provide expertise, and disrupt the domain you lead. This includes standardization, continuous improvement, and knowledge management.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the Quality strategy and the change agenda.
- Define the strategic initiatives in this domain in line with the overall strategy.
- Develop long‑term capabilities in a given area, ensuring that we capture the full value from new methods and tools and continuously improve them.
- Design and develop global standards to secure continuous improvement, consistent implementation, and sustain global adherence.
- Manage knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices sharing; develop a community of practice and consistent skill development trainings; coach practices to continuously up‑skill the organizations in this domain.
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in chemistry, engineering, business administration or related discipline.
- 10+ years of work experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing Q Strategies and programs.
- Experience in leading and working with cross‑functional and cultural teams.
- Expert knowledge of problem‑solving methodologies, preventive quality methods, risk assessment (FMEA).
- Deep knowledge in new product development, change management, interdisciplinary function experience.
- 5+ years experience in Quality.
- Leadership, coaching, training experience; functional/technical skills.
- Project management.
- Presentation and training.
- Data literacy and data analysis.
- Problem solving, root‑cause analysis, and logical thinking.
- Lean and continuous improvement methods.
- Quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
