• Conduct detailed investment analyses, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence for targeted mid‑sized companies.
• Work collaboratively with experienced deal teams to execute structured, efficient transactions.
• Support and monitor portfolio companies, contributing directly to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Proactively identify and assess investment opportunities through comprehensive industry research in the Benelux and DACH regions.
• Prepare persuasive investment memos and presentations tailored to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Engage closely with management teams and industry experts to drive tangible value creation.

• Fluency in German and English; additional European languages advantageous.
• 3‑5 years experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar, preferably from a top‑tier university.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills with proven ability to develop accurate, insightful models.
