Senior Product Manager EU FAP (Swine, Poultry & Cattle)

Dechra ( is an international veterinary pharmaceuticals specialist with a global product range and a commitment to high‑quality veterinary solutions. They operate in 72 countries, with manufacturing sites in Croatia, the Netherlands and the UK. Their product portfolio covers Companion Animal, Food Producing Animal, Equine and Nutrition products.

Responsibilities

• Executing the FAP Strategy Plan with an operational focus and a one‑year timeframe.
• Creating a brand plan as part of the Species Strategy Plan.
• Filling the marketing toolbox for our FAP products.
• Creating digital content focused on brand messaging.
• Conducting a competitor analysis on a monthly basis.
• Determining the marketing tools budget in accordance with the brand plan.
• Implementing Lunch & Learns as part of the marketing toolbox.
• Conducting field days (minimum 2 per month).
• Conducting a supply‑chain analysis on a regular basis.
• serving as the go‑to person for local product managers on FAP.

Your profile

• Higher education or a degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary, Agribusiness or related studies.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven marketing experience in Animal Health or a similar sector.
• Solution‑oriented, creative and innovative mindset.
• Willingness to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and task‑forces.
• Strong customer‑orientation and business‑needs understanding.
• Based in Europe; relocation to the Netherlands is not required.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is welcome but not necessary; other languages are a plus.

Salary

€70,000 – €100,000 monthly
