Responsibilities

As Head of Product you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for OPP’s platform. You’ll lead our product team, define what great looks like, and make sure we deliver measurable impact for customers and partners. You’ll connect long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution and keep everyone aligned on what really moves the needle. You’ll steer the roadmap around four priorities: expanding our payment products into new markets and methods, improving how customers onboard and grow with us, focusing our roadmap on adoption and measurable business value, and spotting new opportunities that make platform payments simpler, smarter, and more powerful. You’ll work hand in hand with engineering, design, and commercial teams to make the complex simple – building products that are fast, secure, and ready for scale.

Qualifications

• You’ve built and led high‑performing product teams that ship meaningful results.
• You think in systems, not features, connecting strategy, data, and customer insight into one clear direction.
• You’ve scaled products across markets or segments and know what it takes to balance ambition with focus.
• You can simplify complexity, tell a story through outcomes, and align executives, engineers, and partners around the same goal.
• You’re fluent in product fundamentals: discovery, delivery, adoption and you know when to go deep or stay high‑level.
• You bring experience in fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces, and you live in the Netherlands (English is your working language).
