In this role, you will lead a sales team, promoting talent development and managing client relationships. You will demonstrate excellent engaging sales skills through client interaction, leading to difficult pitches, and initiating conversations. You will drive a changing sales team towards significant business growth and enhanced product uptake, prioritizing client and partner contentment. You will work with the local sales leadership team and community, bringing and building a growth mindset, collaborating and implementing growth strategies. You will develop and strengthen C‑level connections with brand advertisers and their agencies, leading the way in ideas within the advertising industry. You will coach the team to set account plans and execute strategies, helping and inspiring clients to achieve their objectives and to be successful in an on‑demand viewership and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions using Google’s products and services.
