We’re TIP Group – a proud Great Place to Work® – and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Corporate and Finance Counsel to join our team.

In this interim role, you’ll step in to cover maternity leave for the Senior Corporate and Finance Counsel, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. You’ll take the lead on high‑impact M&A and finance legal work, working closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless support across key initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead legal support for M&A transactions — from due diligence and structuring to negotiation and integration
• Oversee legal aspects of our Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) and Asset Backed Securities (ABS) programs
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of finance‑related agreements and corporate documents
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Corporate Development teams on strategic projects
• Manage external legal counsel to ensure efficient, high‑quality service

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified lawyer (LL.M. Or higher) with 5+ years’ experience in corporate and finance law
• Strong background in M&A and structured finance, ideally with in‑house or multinational exposure
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle complex, cross‑border transactions
• A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
• A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
