Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

A fast-growing AI team is building LLM-powered applications from the ground up for real-world enterprise use cases.

They’re looking for a Sr. MLE to design, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge LLMs. You’ll be hands-on across the entire lifecycle: data → training → inference → production.

Role

• You’ll run experiments to fine-tune and evaluate LLMs, integrate them into production workflows and agentic systems, and collaborate with researchers to make models reliable, efficient, and production-ready.
• This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who loves both experimentation and building.

Who?

• 5+ years in ML engineering, with LLM exposure (fine-tuning, prompt optimisation, synthetic data, etc.)
• Strong Python & PyTorch with transformer model know-how
• Experience deploying ML models to production at scale
• Bonus: Multi-GPU training, AI agent frameworks, or experience with synthetic data generation
• Curious, pragmatic, and thrives in a fast-moving product environment
