Position Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team in St. Eustatius . This newly created role addresses an immediate operational need and is critical in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationships.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager , the Sales Manager will carry a full individual sales portfolio , focusing on increasing room and event sales while strengthening partnerships across local and regional markets.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands‑on professional eager to make a measurable impact within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, tour operators, event planners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and virtual presentations to promote the property’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand‑building initiatives.
- Manage lead generation, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and community functions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, or tourism.
- Strong understanding of Caribbean and regional hospitality markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Results‑oriented professional with a passion for guest satisfaction and relationship building.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: starts at USD 42k gross per annum (including housing and food allowances; negotiable based on experience and fit)
