Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead learning initiatives specific to the Business Unit/Shared Services across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements, regulations, and statutory learning obligations.
  • Facilitate and program manage learning initiatives as appropriate.
  • Provide support for other talent initiatives such as Colleague Experience, Talent Management, Culture, Diversity & Belonging, Change Management, CSC Gives back, Sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement learning solutions
  • Partner with HR business partners to assess learning needs for the Business Unit/Shared Services, design, develop and execute learning plans accordingly.
  • Utilize tools, processes, data, analytics, and dashboards to support, report on, and inform Learning and Development practices and programs.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for all learning, development, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate and engage closely with the Business Unit/Shared Services stakeholders to implement learning solutions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects within global L&D – programs design, content curation, instructional design, and vendor partner management as required.
  • Identify innovative, engaging, and cost-effective methods to learn and develop talent effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the learning and development or Talent business partnership space.
  • Passionate about helping people learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen and ability to build winning partnerships with senior leaders, HR business partners, HR services, internal trainers, and external vendors.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in program management, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to everyday tasks and team-oriented person.
  • A desire to work with different cultures.
