Ownership details are still being finalized, but this is a rare chance to help shape a future-ready business from the inside out. Are you a finance expert who is passionate about technology? We are seeking a Finance Systems specialist to join our Animal Nutrition and Health team and become the go-to person for our financial systems. This is not the typical finance role; you will be the bridge between our finance and Digital and Technology departments, using your deep financial knowledge and systems expertise. The role operates in a multinational environment and works closely with the Head of Financial Control and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for financial systems, including ERP and consolidation systems
• Lead and support projects related to financial systems
• Provide technical support for financial systems issues, escalating to the Digital and Technology team when necessary
• Develop and deliver training to financial and other departmental users
• Stay up to date with latest technology and system upgrades to identify opportunities to improve financial processes and system functionality

You bring

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• A passion for technology and financial systems, with a wide range of finance system know-how
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of consolidation, accounting, and financial reporting in a multinational environment
• Strong experience in accounting practices, including consolidation, financial statement preparation, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
• High level of integrity
