Franchise Partner

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Partner, based in Geldrop. The Franchise Partner will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of their Pizzani Italian Premium Pizza location. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to brand standards, managing finances, training team members, driving sales growth, and fostering customer satisfaction. The Franchise Partner will also collaborate with the corporate team to implement operational strategies and maintain quality.

• Experience in Franchising and Ownership to effectively manage and operate the franchise location
• Skills in Training to develop and lead a team in alignment with brand expectations
• Knowledge of Finance to ensure profitability and manage operational budgets effectively
• Background in Sales with the ability to drive revenue growth and enhance customer outreach
• Business management skills, strong leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or a similar industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local regulations and a commitment to operational excellence
