Take Ownership:
- Own the entire recruiting cycle (from sourcing to signed offer) for (senior) leadership and other critical roles essential to our growth.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring priorities.
- Design and deliver training workshops for recruiters and hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
- Continuously improve the interview process to strengthen candidate selection and ensure alignment with both role requirements and our culture.

- Ability to build and leverage networks, industry insights, and advanced sourcing strategies to connect with senior leadership candidates.
- Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidate profiles, and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Skilled at assessing leadership potential through behavioral interviews, case discussions, and structured evaluation frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of industry trends and leadership talent movements.
- Proven ability to design and deliver workshops for recruiters and hiring managers on structured interviews, bias reduction, and competency-based assessment.
