What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Define a product roadmap and drive execution in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities
• Deeply understand users and their complex workflows to inform new opportunities that improve their experience
• Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and change course as needed. Communicate the impact of your team’s efforts widely in order to build consensus and drive outcomes
• Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs but considers future growth scenarios
• Analyze product performance through logs and other data sources to assist in troubleshooting and enhancing our products.
• Use agile principles to write user stories, plan, and drive the software development cycle.
• Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years product management experience in a consumer products company, with evidence of exceptional ability
• B.S. Degree required, or equivalent in experience
• Experience with agile software development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical literacy or an interest in developing it
• Are highly motivated and flexible and can manage constantly shifting priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally to drive projects to successful delivery
• Have a passion for Tesla’s mission
