Senior Manager - Business Development - Financial Services


Overview

Senior Manager - Business Development - Financial Services at EY. Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Join our Financial Services team and support and execute go-to-market business development and marketing strategies.
  • Work with account teams to build relationships with clients, drive new business and build revenue growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with executives from leading organizations; collaborate with other teams to identify and shape solutions to client issues.
  • Proactively develop and execute market strategy to maximize growth and achieve targeted results; contribute to the growth and development of the business development team by taking operational responsibility and accountability for client support and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree in any field.
  • 9+ years of relevant working experience in Business Development or Sales management in Financial Services Industry focusing on Banking, Insurance, or Wealth/Asset Management.
  • Proven revenue-generating track record through business development, sales, and bidding management.
  • Good network and strong knowledge of target markets; excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Executive presence with ability to establish credibility; strong analytical, conceptual and strategic skills.
  • Highly motivated, persistent, results-driven attitude with ability to overcome barriers and deliver results through people.
