Overview
As HR Director, you will help shape an international organization from the ground up. Reporting to the COO, you will be part of the leadership team and play a central role in bringing structure, culture, and direction to the HR function across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern HR processes and tools, including performance management, compensation & benefits, talent development, and culture assessment.
- Work closely with local HR teams in the Netherlands and Ireland, supporting line management with both operational and strategic HR matters.
- Maintain strong visibility and engagement across all sites, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in an evolving international business.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the executive team and site management.
- Cooperate closely with local HR departments and operational leadership to ensure alignment.

- Build culture, core values, and collaboration across locations.
- Guide growth, change, and professionalization.
- Strengthen processes related to safety, training, performance, and development.
- Provide strategic HR support to executives and site management.

- Salary range: €90,000 – €110,000 per year

Profile & Requirements
Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of broad HR experience.
- Proven experience in reorganizations, change management, and culture development.
- Strong track record in developing and implementing HR frameworks and tools.
- Understanding of both family‑owned and corporate environments.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on, and people‑oriented approach.
- Strategic thinking with operational execution.
- International mindset and fluency in English.
- Full‑time availability (40 hours) and willingness to travel regularly to Dutch sites and Ireland.
