Builders Startup Studio, based in Rotterdam, partners with bold founders to build enterprise AI and software companies that define the future of work—from day zero and beyond. Fueled by ambition, backed by execution.

Role mission

Our Core Team is the engine behind every new venture. This role isn’t about supporting one company—it’s about co-building many. Whether crafting go-to-market strategies, refining product flows, or accelerating growth early on, you’ll help build something from scratch and scale it fast, alongside founders and fellow builders.

Responsibilities

• Build multiple ventures in parallel (70–80%)
  • Collaborate with business and technical co-founders to validate ideas and prototype MVPs
  • Shape early product-market fit using playbooks, rapid learning cycles, and data-driven insights
  • Own cross-functional operations: product strategy, branding, hiring, legal, finance—wherever the venture needs you
• Evangelize + amplify (20–30%)
  • Be the voice of Builders culture—showcasing what we build and how we think
  • Create content, host talks or workshops, engage our Founder and CTO networks

Qualifications

• Domain expert: in design, GTM strategy, product, recruiting, finance, or legal—with experience across early-stage ventures
• Entrepreneurial + hands-on: you thrive in ambiguity, roll up your sleeves, and have shipped things yourself
• Growth-oriented: You seek feedback, love learning fast, and operate at warp-speed
• Team-first mentality: You are collaborative, supportive, and excited by shared ambition and results
• Located in or open to relocating to The Netherlands, and able to attend our Rotterdam HQ regularly
• Fluent in English, and ideally familiar with Dutch (not required)
