Your superpowers

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
  • 0‑4 years of Recruitment experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French? Big plus!
  • A hands‑on, get‑it‑done mentality: if something needs fixing, you’re on it.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills: you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
