The Opportunity

Atos is a leader in digital transformation, and our Cloud & Infrastructure Business Line is at the forefront of delivering secure, full-stack private cloud solutions. These help organizations modernize their IT landscape while maintaining control, compliance, and performance. To accelerate our growth in the Benelux region, we’re looking for a Private Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect .

The Role

As a Private Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in expanding our private cloud footprint in the Benelux. You’ll collaborate with clients to design tailored sovereign private cloud environments, supporting their digital transformation while ensuring data sovereignty, security, and operational excellence. Your role blends technical depth with commercial insight, enabling you to articulate the value of our private cloud offerings to stakeholders across all levels.

What You Need

We’re seeking someone with proven experience in private cloud solutions and architecture. You should understand private cloud models, virtualization, on-premises infrastructure, and hybrid cloud integration. Familiarity with platforms like Red Hat OpenShift, VMware, or OpenStack is a plus. You’re a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, and you thrive in a consultative, client-facing role.

Your Responsibilities

• Support growth of Atos Private Cloud services in the Benelux.
• Analyze complex customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
• Design and present tailored private cloud solutions based on Atos offerings.
• Collaborate with Cloud Sales Specialists and account teams to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.

The Right Person

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• At least 10 years of experience in cloud services or solution architecture, with a strong focus on private cloud.
• A consultative approach to solving customer challenges.
• Experience with virtualization, containerization (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel in the region.
• Fluency in English.

This role is based in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Education & Experience

• Certification in relevant private cloud technologies or platforms is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
