Join the position of Kwaliteitsmanager, Amsterdam at Leger des Heils , a Christian organization that supports people in need across the Netherlands. The role is based in Amsterdam.

Wat ga je doen?

You will act as the first point of contact for one or two business units on all quality-related matters. Your responsibilities include reviewing processes, collecting and analysing data, supporting BU leaders with quality frameworks and incident reporting, preparing and presenting quality reports, conducting audits, and investigating complaints and emergencies. As a sparring partner for management, you will promote safety and quality throughout the organization by identifying improvement opportunities and turning them into clear recommendations.

You work under the oversight of the quality manager GWCA and with a small, cohesive quality team. The team focuses on analysing and improving the quality and safety of care and support processes. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute directly to the professionalisation of our care services.

Dit bieden wij

• Salaris – volgens cao Sociaal Werk, schaal 9 (€ 3.489,- tot € 5.512,- over 36 uur).
• Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) – 17 % inclusief vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering, vrij inzetbaar.
• Loopbaanbudget (LBB) – 1,5 % te besteden aan sport, opleidingen of persoonlijke groei.
• Verlof – 144 wettelijke + 26 bovenwettelijke dagen (volledige dienstverband), 9 weken 100 % doorbetaald ouderschapsverlof.
• Reiskostenvergoeding – kilometervergoeding afgenomen of gebruik van fietsplan/NS‑Business Card.
• Dienstverband – jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband.
• Opleidingsmogelijkheden via de Leger des Heils Academie en goede pensioenregeling (PFZW).
• Fietsplan – elektrische of stadsfiets via het fietsplan.
• Sportbudget – € 75 netto per jaar.
• Teamuitje‑budget – budget voor teambuilding en gezamenlijke activiteiten.
