Overview

Head of Enterprise Architecture for a global organization with large technology investments and a growing R&D focus. The role leads a team of architects, shapes the digital and architecture strategy, and aligns initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with the company and the I&D strategy.
• Ensure all IT and digital transformation projects contribute to the future-state architecture, maintaining reference architectures, principles, and roadmaps.
• Lead the implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes and capabilities.
• Lead the architecture board to evaluate solution designs and enforce architectural standards.
• Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of Information Architects, and coach business and Information & Digitalization colleagues in architecture practices.
• Stay current on architecture trends, share insights within the team, and represent Enza Zaden on external platforms.

Qualifications

• University-level education (Master’s degree).
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years leading IT architecture.
• Broad knowledge of architecture practices and information analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, engaging, and change leadership abilities.
• Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues across levels.
• Preferred certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate.
