At Mindbase , we’re building a new way for people to support each other. We connect individuals with similar challenges for short, structured, anonymous voice conversations. It’s not therapy, but a scalable way to provide peer support during waiting times, between sessions, or alongside care.

We’re an early‑stage startup: first pilot meeting lined up, recently shifted focus to B2B.

We’re looking for a technical co‑founder (CTO) to help turn this vision into reality.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development (mobile app + backend)
• Build the MVP beyond the demo
• Shape the roadmap and product vision together
• Join investor & pilot conversations

Qualifications & Desired Traits

• Co‑founder status with meaningful equity
• Skilled in mobile app or full‑stack development
• Excited to build from 0→1
• Passionate about mental health & impact
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and collaborative
